Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Qare platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Qare provides a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, board-certified healthcare professionals. Qare itself does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The medical professionals utilizing our platform are solely responsible for the medical care they provide to you.

Not for Medical Emergencies

Qare is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on Qare for emergency medical care.

2. User Eligibility

To use Qare, you must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Prescriptions

Providers on the Qare platform may prescribe medications at their professional discretion. However, there is no guarantee that a prescription will be written. Qare providers do not prescribe DEA controlled substances, non-therapeutic drugs, or other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse.

4. Payment and Billing

By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your consultation fees. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has begun.

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Qare of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Qare, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website or any services or items obtained through the website.
